Beginning/continuing beginning-- 6:45-7:45pm $70/7 weeks or $13 drop-in
--Basics, slow and fast moves, transitions, footwork and short choreographies
--stretching, breathing and core muscle control--
Intermediate/multi-level-- 7:45-9:15pm $84/7weeks or $15 drop-in--
--slow slithery moves/ soft accents, stretches and smooth shimmies--finding the balance between effort and effortlessness without sacrificing precision or musical expression. Hot weather is a good time to release areas of tension through breathing, stretching and core muscle work. Zill drills in each class with focus on listening, learning rhythms, beautiful hands and arm positioning.
