Move gracefully, balance and pose adding slinky arms, undulating torsos, footwork, dramatic moves, spins and simple floorwork (bring knee pads or yoga mat if necessary) ..Learn some backbends and "on the head sword spinning" that Rafi'ah is known for and plenty of short combos and interesting moves to put in your dances.
