Just a reminder of our show this weekend, including Important Parking Information! Details, details, details:
When: Saturday October 10th, 8pm
Where: Euphoria Lounge and Coffee House, 2043 Larimer St. , Denver , CO 80205
Cover Charge: $15 at the Door
What: Arabic Music Show & Dance Party, featuring Lebanese Master Percussionist Souhail Kaspar, the Saltanah Arabic Ensemble and Kailin Yong.
Experience live Arabic music on traditional instruments including oud, ney, qanun, violin, darbuka, riq and daf. Musicians include Lebanese master percussionist Souhail Kaspar, Moroccan-born Chakib Hilali on ney and kawala, oudist Ihab Hamadi, Kylie Hilali on qanun, the fabulous Kailin Yong on violin, with Brett Bowan and James Messerich rounding out the percussion section. Stellar dance performances by Denver dancers Khadijah, Taka and Sonia, and Shariffa of Alamosa. Plus plenty of open dancing for all!
The Euphoria Lounge offers a full expresso-bar, signature drinks, pastries and sushi, set in sophisticated, yet intimate atmosphere. Arrive early to find parking as this is Lo-do!
IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION:
The Rockies have made the playoffs. Now there is a big game scheduled on Saturday at 7:30 PM. Therefore, the parking prices will be very high around the ball park.
Don't worry, there is plenty of cheap parking ($4) just four blocks away on Champa St. between 20th St. and 21st St.. Head east on 21st away from Coors Field and turn right on Champa St. There are two big parking lots on the left across from the Post Office. The area is well lit.
Alternatively, you can often find parking on the street. There is meter parking and free parking north of 20th. Watch the signs though and move your car so you don't get a ticket.
I hope that you will brave the cold this weekend and come and get warm with us while enjoying some great music and supporting our visiting artist.
